  • We'll check for availability of your option

  • Monthly tuition and utilities contributions are due on the first of each month by 12 noon in advance of occupancy.  Late fees, penalties and interest apply for late payments and overdrafts of checks.

  • You work weekly hours based on your selection

  • Work hours are available mornings, Monday through Sunday, 7 days a week. 

  • We're need 6 months commitments

  • All use group kitchen.  Some areas may have fridges or wet bars.  Only the group kitchen has a stove and cooking facilities.

  • You must complete your work exchange duties to the satisfaction of your Supervisor in order to be renewed each week. 

  • Students are on probation for at least the first month.

TUITION INCLUDES THESE BENEFITS:

  • Free YOGA followed by meditation (currently held Wednesdays, 9AM/

  • Free CONSCIOUS COMMUNICATIONS classes Mondays, 7PM

  • Saturday GARDENING CLASSES between 8AM to 1PM (counts as part of your work assignment),

  • Free 1 hour COUNSELING session with one of our counselors (value $150/hour)

  • All you can personally eat from the yard and garden.  Harvesting must be done under supervision until you learn  about tropical agriculture and the proper time to harvest fruits and vegetables.

  • Paid classes available to Supervisors for 50% off

  • Supervisors may work additional hours in advance of paid classes to earn their tuition at a rate of $10.00 per hour.

DORM ROOMS: Dorms students share a bathroom and use the group kitchen.  Dorms may have up to four people depending on the size of the dorm.   Beds are usually twin or single.  Queen and king beds are reserved for couples.

GROUP KITCHEN:  All share the group kitchen.

COMMITMENT: Community Members commit to a minimum of six months to stay at our facility and work a minimum of 10 hours a week. 

COMMUNITY MINDED:  We have very limited accommodations in our Student Program so we are very selective about who we have here.  We are interested in providing space for those who are serious spiritual seekers on the conscious evolution path with a strong desire to grow, expand and evolve.   We seek those interested in creating intentional community. We need those who have skills necessary to help us build, expand and maintain our spiritual community.  

UTILITIES: No air conditioners permitted on the property.  The temperature here is very moderate to cool and air conditioning is unnecessary. Utilities average about $100 - $150 month per person and are reflected in the tuition fee chart above.  Please turn off all lights, fans, etc. when leaving the room to help us keep our operating costs to a minimum. 

HOUSING ROTATION: Some Members opt to periodically rotate housing in order to get to know all the community Members.   Students may be moved to different housing by management as needed.
